To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acme Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or our platform. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
